The Portfolio Delivery Services Partner (PDSP) is a Consortium committed to creating a Sustainable
Water Future by tackling water poverty in the Philippines. The PDSP will improve the capabilities and
creditworthiness of Water Districts, enabling them to provide sustainable and reliable water and
sanitation services to communities. This will catalyse economic and social change to achieve
Sustainable Development Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation.

Of the 105 million people living in the Philippines, millions of families continue to rely on
unsafe and unsustainable water sources and lack access to improved sanitation.

In 2020-21, the PDSP will launch its pilot program across the Philippines leveraging its digital capabilities
to design and deliver bespoke masterclass training and deep dive workshops to water associations
and utilities, government agencies, young water professionals, and communities. This will be followed by an Expert
Roundtable in Manila, Philippines in late-2021. The PDSP will also implement water and sanitation marketing
to uplift public understanding of water, sanitation and hygiene.
