Young Water Professionals (YWP) Training Needs Assessment

Masy Consultants carried out a training needs assessment to understand the gaps and sentiments of Filipino YWPs towards water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH). The completed study provides baseline data for the PDSP, businesses, agencies and institutions aiming to develop training programs that are relevant and responsive to the needs of the water and health sectors.

STEM Future Leaders Training Program: A Deep Dive into the Water and Sanitation Sector

The PDSP organised the inaugural STEM Future Leaders Training Program in July 2021. The program was participated by YWPs, government agencies, corporates, businesses and university institutions. Bespoke training modules were based on the outcomes of the training needs analysis and consultation with stakeholders, tackling various themes such as leadership in communication,  environmental and sanitation law, rural water supply, and education on practical strategies to combat COVID-19.

COVID-Proofing Communities: A Race Against the Pandemic [Zero COVID Pilipinas National Conference]

Guided by the Sustainable Development Goals, Zero COVID Pilipinas is a campaign that seeks to contribute to the country’s overall response against the COVID-19 pandemic. The campaign is led by Masy Consultants in partnership with nonprofit organisation, The Caloocan Young Leaders Initiative (CYLI). Held on September 2021, the national conference held mobilised experts and advocates to discuss topics related to the present COVID-19 situation in the country, the importance of ventilation, and the different best practices in various sectors, including government agencies and their affiliates, education, businesses, workplaces, and communities.
